South Park Village

Sullivan Eastern, Inc. contracted with Taylor Wiseman & Taylor for the site control and layout of approximately 40-acre raw land conversion to light commercial and flex space use in Holly Springs, NC. TWT was instrumental in maintaining a handle on over 38 site revisions, including a change in Engineers of Record and two complete site revisions. TWT was also contracted by McDonald York, the general contractor, to perform building and other permanent site features layout. The entire site rough grading task was performed with “Stakeless Construction” 3D GPS machine control. The site model and high accuracy calibration network was produced by TWT.

TWT was also responsible for finding a vertical reference discrepancy between site and road improvement plans form the same original engineer that saved over 500,000 yards of imported material. This was verified through a 40-acre topography of the site with over 3,000 locations that were performed in one day.
