S.R. 3020 Section 651 Over Inlet to Lake Quinn Bridge Replacement

Located in South Canaan Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, the S.R. 3020 bridge replacement project was a significant endeavor aimed at enhancing transportation safety and infrastructure resilience. The previous structure was replaced with a state-of-the-art single-cell precast concrete box culvert, designed to handle a 25-year storm event, which previously caused roadway flooding.

TWT employed innovative solutions, such as integrating fish baffles into the culvert design, ensuring ecological considerations were met. The project also featured a raised profile, superelevation, and improved stormwater drainage systems, significantly enhancing roadway safety and functionality.
