Taylor Wiseman & Taylor (TWT) was retained by Atlantic Grand Prix to develop a site plan for what was to be the first Off Highway Vehicle Park on a tract of land known as the Shoreline Gravel Pit.
The proposed site encompassed 96 wooded acres containing existing trails, a mined gravel pit and an old unpaved aircraft landing strip. The improvement plan was designed, in large part, with the concept of utilizing the existing site in its present condition. Minor improvement included a 1,200 SF visitor’s center–maintenance yard, picnic areas and restrooms.
TWT provided environmental, land planning, concept design and expert testimony services for a Use Variance application to the Little Egg Harbor Zoning Board.
