Taylor Wiseman & Taylor provided comprehensive planning, engineering, surveying and construction services for this community of over 7,400 single- and multi-family homes in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Comprising a total area of more than 1,600 acres, this project included four commercial/retail centers, two schools and multiple recreation facilities in addition to a variety of residential units provided.

TWT was responsible for assisting with the acquisition of all local, county and state permits and approvals, and for development and design of a comprehensive stormwater management program for the project.

Additionally, TWT designed all roads and parking facilities, as well as required improvements to adjacent local, county and state highways. Engineering services were provided for design of sanitary sewer, water distribution and other utility systems, site lighting and grading. TWT provided all landscape architecture services. Land survey services included boundary and topographical survey, construction stakeout and as-built surveys.
