Taylor Wiseman & Taylor designed and prepared the land development plans for this high-profile redevelopment project in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The project site included 700,000 sf retail space, 1,660 residential units, 1,000,000 sf office space, 4,000 sf transit facility, and various additional civic uses including open space. TWT’s work included site layout, grading, storm drainage design, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer system, potable water system, offsite roadway improvements and utility relocation.
Onsite improvements for the entire 222-acre project included detailed design plans and profiles for Garden Park Boulevard, a new 4,200-foot collector road servicing the entire project.
