Charlestown Crossing

Located in Cecil County, Maryland, Taylor Wiseman & Taylor designed and prepared land development plans for the Charlestown Crossing residential development, consisting of 13 commercial-use acres, 14 acres of employment/office space and 486 residential units. Professional services included site layout, grading, storm drainage design, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer system, potable water system, offsite roadway improvements, soil erosion and sediment control plans, wastewater pumping station, and utility relocation. Offsite roadway improvements included detailed design plans and cross sections for US Route 40 and MD 7.
