Taylor Wiseman & Taylor (TWT) was recognized at the New Jersey Builders Association’s 38th Annual Sales & Marketing (SAM) Awards Program, held on March 25, 2026 at the Atlantic Builders Convention at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. The firm’s in-house Site/Civil Engineering team received the Best In-House Design Team Award for an Associate Member for its work on Sylvan Woods Evesham, a 124-unit active adult apartment community in Evesham Township, New Jersey.

Sylvan Woods Evesham is a 55+ active adult apartment community, offering 124 one- and two-bedroom homes across a four-story building in the Marlton section of Evesham Township. Developed by AMS and professionally managed by Greystar, the community delivered its first units in December 2024. Apartment homes range from roughly 809 to 1,341 square feet, and the community includes resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool.
For the project, TWT’s Site/Civil Engineering team provided the site and civil engineering design behind the development. Multifamily and active adult communities like Sylvan Woods Evesham are a core part of the firm’s land development practice, which serves private developers and builders across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina and carries projects from concept and feasibility through survey, design, and approvals.
At the same event, TWT also received three additional honors: Best Marketing Strategy for an Associate Member, Best Logo for an Associate Member for its 125th Anniversary Logo, and the Grand Marketing Award for an Associate Member.
The awards arrived during a milestone year for the firm. Founded in 1901, TWT is marking its 125th anniversary in 2026, and the winning anniversary logo was designed to commemorate that history. Earning recognition across both marketing and design categories reflects the breadth of work happening at the firm as it marks 125 years of service.
