Laurel, NJ, with responsibility for daily management of project estimates and pricing requests for public and private projects. This individual will routinely monitor public project advertisement portals and assemble responses under the supervision of the Survey Department Manager and Senior Survey Project Manager.

Duties will include:

· Monitor various outlets of public procurement advertisements

· Communicate opportunities to Survey Department Manager to facilitate Go / No-Go

· Prepares man hour and cost estimates based on solicitation documents and input from Senior Survey Project Manager and Engineering Departments.

· Defines scope of land survey work

· Maintains client relationships

· Skilled communication with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements include:

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Survey Project Estimator

· Proficiency with AutoCAD

· Proficiency with Civil3D or Carlson Survey

· Familiarity with MicroStation

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Familiarity with field procedures

Preferred education and experience:

· Undergraduate degree with specialization in surveying

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Survey Project Manager

· SIT (Surveyor in Training) or qualifications needed to obtain SIT or PLS

· Surveyor License in state of Employment and\or additional States

· Experience in providing survey project estimates

· Experience in construction layout

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor is seeking a Bridge Engineer with 5-10+ years of related experience for our transportation practice in NJ and Pennsylvania. The work will be full time in-person, based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Duties will include:

· Develop and complete work relative to bridge design, including horizontal and vertical layout, soil analysis, designs of shallow and deep foundations, and sheeting design etc.;

· Prepare design calculations for bridge elements including reinforced concrete abutments and retaining walls, prestressed concrete beams, steel girders, and rigid frame piers and box culverts in accordance with AASHTO specifications;

· Prepare and/or review design plans, reports, construction documents, specifications, construction cost estimates and schedules;

· Interact with Department staff on a daily basis and work collaboratively with technicians and CAD drafters in developing quality deliverables;

· Prepare technical reports/proposals;

· Site investigations to determine the suitability for the requirements of the upcoming project; and,

• Develop and complete work relative to traffic engineering, including planning, design and traffic signal operations;
