Patrick Kane is President of TWT and has been responsible for the implementation and development of the firm’s GIS technology. Pat joined TWT in 1985 and, as a Senior Project Manager, was responsible for the planning and design of multiple land development and redevelopment projects throughout southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. Active in the Builders League of Southern NJ, NJ Builders Association, URISA, and MAC-URISA, Pat earned dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An avid LEGO enthusiast and collector, Pat lives in Berlin, NJ with his wife and three children.
With TWT since 1986, Bruce Easterly has over 30 years’ experience as a Project Manager serving in multiple departments. His experience in the Transportation Department includes managing numerous projects from Scope Development through to Final Design. His involvement in the Land Development department includes overseeing multiple residential, commercial, and office site developments from planning, design, and approvals through to construction. A graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Civil Engineering, Bruce is currently TWT’s Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Bruce resides in Medford, NJ with his wife, PJ; he enjoys golf and is active in his church as its Property Chairperson.
Edward P. Brady, PE
Vice President, Land Engineering Department Manager
As the firm’s Land Engineering Manager and a Vice President in the firm, Ed Brady supervises engineering design in TWT’s Land Development department. With TWT since 1985, he is responsible for coordinating all phases of project development from site planning through engineering design and acquisition of permits, approvals, and support of site construction. An alumnus of Drexel University with a BS in Civil Engineering, his 25 years of experience include a wide range of related projects prepared for residential, commercial and industrial developments for State, County, and Municipal clients. Ed enjoys heading down to Clearwater, FL every year for Phillies Spring Training games. A father of three, he lives in Turnersville, NJ with his wife, Bonnie.
A Vice President with Taylor Wiseman & Taylor, Tom Costello also Manages the firm’s Transportation Department. Tom is the firms designated representative for American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and currently serves as Vice Chair of the NJDOT Design Committee for ACEC-NJ. He is also a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Southern NJ Section and the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA). A graduate of Temple University with a BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology, Tom is a licensed Professional Engineer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He joined TWT in 1981, enjoys an active fitness lifestyle, traveling, playing golf, and cooking, and lives in Lumberton, NJ with his wife, Sue. Tom and Sue have two grown daughters, whom they are very proud of.
Gary Johnson joined TWT in 1983 and is a Vice President in the firm, as well as TWT’s Structural Department Manager, supervising all structural design work and geotechnical investigations performed by TWT. Gary is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Civil Engineering / Structural & Geotechnical Engineering, and is actively involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina. A father of two and grandfather of three, Gary enjoys working on home projects. He lives in Wenonah, NJ with his wife, Linda.
Sam Previtera joined TWT in 2014 as TWT’s Survey Department Manager. His 35 years of experience in surveying have given him an extensive background in subdivision preparation, outbound and topographic surveys, environmentally sensitive area mapping, hazardous waste site surveying, data collection and GPS. He is responsible for the organization, supervision and coordination of all land surveying operations within the firm. A licensed Land Surveyor in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, Sam is a graduate of Gloucester County College (Rowan College of New Jersey) and is active in the NJ Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Surveyors Association of West Jersey, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. Sam enjoys playing golf and he resides in Turnersville, NJ with his wife, Karen, and their two children.
Gary Vecchio has been with TWT since 1987 and has designed and managed many complex commercial, industrial, military, educational, and residential projects. Gary Served as chair, and currently as Treasurer, of the Burlington County Military Affairs Council. In 2017, Gary was inducted into the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Honorary Commander Emeritus Program as a select representative of the community to serve as an advocate of the Armed Forces of the United States. Gary holds licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware as a Professional Engineer, and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Civil Engineering. He and his wife Marla live in Marlton, NJ with their three children, where he enjoys working in the garden, golfing, and fishing.
Colleen Richwall joined Taylor Wiseman & Taylor in 1987. She is an experienced Project Manager who handles traffic and utility engineering, including traffic signals, work zone safety, and railroad work. She is active in the County & Municipal Traffic Engineers Association, Institute of Transportation Engineers, American Society of Highway Engineers, ACEC-NJ, American Society of Civil Engineers, NJ Common Ground Alliance, and NJ Utilities Association. An alumnus of the University of Delaware, Colleen graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Colleen enjoys skiing, golf, and beach vacations with her husband, Jeff, and their two sons.
Fred Rash joined TWT in 2017 with 24 years of experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has a broad range of experience related to general civil engineering, site development, and infrastructure projects. His most recent work focused on community development projects, downtown streetscapes and parks, schools, roadway design, utility infrastructure, and construction contract administration. A licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Fred is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. Fred is an avid soccer fan who enjoys fitness activities and healthy living. He and his wife Angie live in Cary, NC with their two daughters and a houseful of pets.
Jim Pearsall started with TWT in 2011 as a Survey Manager in our Charlotte, NC office. In 2013, he took management responsibilities for the entire Charlotte operation and is now a Vice President in the firm, responsible for all surveying and SUE operations originating from the office. With more than 25 years in the land surveying field, he has experience with a variety of large and small projects. Jim received a BS and AAS in Industrial Technology from Ohio University and holds Professional Land Surveyor Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Ohio. Jim lives with his wife, Libby, in Lake Wylie, SC and enjoys being outdoors golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Mark Thompson is a Vice President and the Regional Manager of TWT’s Blue Bell, PA office. He has designed and managed a wide variety of land development projects including residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and large scale mixed-use developments. Mark graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, and joined TWT in 2001. He holds Professional Engineering licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as is a LEED-Accredited Professional. Mark is a member of ASCE, NAIOP, HBA of Bucks/Montgomery Counties, and the Mainline Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Southampton, PA with his wife, Heather, and their three children, and enjoys coaching Little League and volunteering at his local CYO.
Dennis Moore has been with TWT since 1999 and currently serves as the company’s lead bridge engineer. Dennis has designed and managed numerous bridge, retaining wall, culvert and dam/spillway projects for public and private clients throughout NJ and PA. Dennis graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is also a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials. Dennis enjoys snowboarding and lives in Mullica Hill with his wife Christine and their two children, where he is actively involved in Cub Scouts and coaching Little League.
David B. Kemps, PE
Principal, Project Manager / Transportation Department
Dave Kemps has been a key member of the firm’s Transportation Department since 1999. He has served as Team Leader, Deputy Project Manager, and Project Manager for numerous NJDOT roadway and structural design projects. He has a wide range of duties and is regarded as an in-house subject matter expert in several disciplines. David specializes in the preparation of Final Design Plans and related documents including specifications, cost estimates and construction schedules. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Civil Engineering, David is a licensed Professional Engineer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dave and his wife Kelly enjoy the beach, and live in Tabernacle, NJ with their three daughters, where he is involved in soccer and softball.
Tom Maher is TWT’s Senior Environmental Manager, well-experienced with Pennsylvania and New Jersey environmental technical regulations, including the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program (ACT 2) and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation Program (SRP). His experience includes the completion and management of environmental due diligence, underground storage tanks, preliminary assessment, site and remedial investigations, New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and remediation projects. Tom holds a BS in Geosciences from Penn State University and an MS in Hydrogeology from West Virginia University. With TWT since 2010, Tom is a Professional Geologist licensed in Pennsylvania. Living in Devon, PA, he is an avid scuba diver who has dived throughout much of the Atlantic and Caribbean.
As a Vice President in the firm’s Land Engineering Department, Robert McAnally has been with TWT since 1973, and has managed numerous large residential and commercial projects for private clients. Notable projects include Sagemore in Evesham, NJ, The Estates at Princeton Junction in West Windsor, NJ, Byers Station in Chester Springs, PA, and Hollywood Casino in Perryville, MD. Robert is a member of American Council of Engineering Companies and Society of American Military Engineers, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Delaware. Proud father of five children, and grandfather of two, Robert lives in West Chester, PA. He is an advocate for the environment, and enjoys sailing and spending time with family.
