We believe in making a meaningful difference that extends beyond our professional work. Our commitment to community service is rooted in our core values, inspiring us to create positive change in the places where we live and work.
Our work as land development consultants puts us in the heart of local and regional communities, and we take that proximity as a responsibility.
Last year, we strengthened that commitment by launching a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program and establishing a Community Involvement Committee. Together, they give our employees the time and structure to actively serve the communities where they live and work, while coordinating the many ways our team contributes throughout the year.

That commitment shows up in tangible ways: thousands of volunteer hours, mentorship reaching students from K-12 through college, enduring partnerships with local charities, hands-on community restoration, and a team that takes real pride in giving back.
That work was recently recognized with the Heart & Hammer Award through the Home Builders Association’s Best in PA Living program, honoring TWT’s commitment to the people and places we serve.
